Mr. Marcelino Fuentebella becomes the first President of the Pastoral Council of FCGS. The Community was guided by the then Parish Priest don Franco Cecchin and the Spiritual Adviser Fr. Emil Santos, SDB.

For the first time in recorded history, all Filipino Chaplains in the whole of Italy were gathered in Messina, Sicilia from Nov. 8-10. They had their face-to-face Kamustahan sharing their best practices and their difficulties in their various apostolic situations among migrants in Italy.

This is the first time that FCSL celebrated the Filipino Easter Tradition of Salubong. It was done not at the break of dawn but in the late afternoon which is the only time we have for the celebration of the Mass.

The official launching of the campaign to prepare for the Fiesta Señor 2023 celebrations in Milan started in FCSL with the Volunteers making the first dance. Every month, each recognized group of FCSL will do their own mini-sinulog.
